Chris Dailey is the founder and owner of A to Z Home Improvements & Handyman Services LLC., a professional handyman service based in Phoenixville Pa. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Chris is a skilled tradesman who is dedicated to providing quality workmanship and exceptional customer service to homeowners and businesses in Phoenixville, Royersford Collegeville and the surrounding areas.
Chris started his career as an automotive technician. A certified ASE Tech, PA State Inspection and Emissions certified with Ford and Lexus experience. After working for 18 years in local car dealerships, Chris decided to change directions and focused on real estate investing.
In 2007, Chris started A to Z Handyman Service LLC. The goal was providing customers with transparent pricing, quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Although Chris is able to tackle the most extensive rehab projects, he prefers to keep things simple and work on smaller projects and develop lasting relationships with customers.
Over the years Chris was able to acquire dozens of homes which he renovated and flipped.You may have seen Chris’s truck at any number of projects in Royersford, Phoenixville, Collegeville or Pottstown.
Currently Chris owns a successful rental business based throughout Montgomery and Chester Counties. Chris still invest in rehab projects of his own and is always on the look out for the next great deal.
The experience Chris has with real estate transactions has been extremely helpful to local Realtors as Chris is able to complete both before and after repairs of houses that are either being listed or to complete repairs required by home inspectors in order to close deals.
