Why Landlords call Chris Dailey?

Its simple... Chris is a landlord in both Montgomery and Chester county.

Chris has been a full time landlord since 2008. Owning more than two dozen units, I think it’s fair to say I know a little about the rental business.

I have bought and rehabbed all my rentals and understand how landlords think. I have also purchased and flipped dozens of properties. When I say I have rehabbed the properties, I actually do the work. I am able to completely rewire a house and plumb it as well. I have done all my own HVAC/ Heat pump installs and own the most up to date equipment. I have also replaced many gas furnaces and serviced oil fired heaters.

Over the years I have worked with many landlords and developed a good relationship with all.
